About Workplaceless

Workplaceless creates learning programs for remote professionals and teams. 

We use best practices in learning and development to develop interactive, engaging online learning experiences that prepare you and your team to be effective in a distributed work environment. 

Whether you are looking for a remote job or you manage a remote team, we provide you with the resources and tools needed to succeed and grow

Our programs are designed by Learning in Bloom, which is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM. 

Our Curriculum in Use 

The Workplaceless curriculum is used by Utah's Rural Online Initiative. 

The Rural Online Initiative is a resource designed to help teach rural communities and their citizens how to capitalize on the Remote Work Revolution and use virtual jobs to revive their cities.


Our Leadership

Tammy Bjelland, Founder

Tammy has been helping people achieve location-independent growth since 2011, when she got her first remote role. She draws from her professional experience in edtech, publishing, higher ed, and training and development to drive the learning strategy and methodology behind Workplaceless learning programs. 

Laurel Farrer, Director of Content

Laurel Farrer is a Distributed Operations Consultant that collaborates with the world's top remote-friendly companies to strengthen virtual communication, streamline digital processes, and develop long-distance management strategies. She is our lead subject matter expert and director of content for our learning programs. 

Olivia Rastello, User Experience Specialist

Olivia is an expert in quality assurance and customer success. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness online. Her experience of learning through a remote educational environment drives her to create a seamless and approachable platform for people to enjoy. She is our User Experience Specialist, here to ensure that users have a first-class experience on Workplaceless. She is also a graduate of the Remote Work Certification program.
