  • The Workplaceless Remote Work Certification, the world’s first comprehensive certification in the skills needed to succeed in a distributed work environment 
  • Leadplaceless, a training program for managers of distributed teams 
  • Goplaceless, a program that guides CXOs and change managers in creating a comprehensive Remote Work Policy 
  • Trainplaceless, a train-the-trainer program for virtual facilitators and learning and development practitioners  

We also provide live facilitated workshops and custom eLearning development for remote and hybrid teams.

In this role you’ll work with our Curriculum Team to: 

  • Identify and define remote work competencies and maintain relevant sections of the Workplaceless Remote Work Competency Model 
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructional designers, eLearning developers, and content developers to design, develop, and build self-paced, live, and blended learning experiences 
  • Collaborate with the Learner Experience team to develop materials that support customer and learner success, such as facilitation guides and learner onboarding materials 
  • Align Workplaceless courses to internal and external frameworks of standards/benchmarks/competencies 
  • Own course development timelines and budgets

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Prior remote work experience OR the Workplaceless Remote Work Certification 
  • Prior experience in distance education OR Trainplaceless Certification 
  • Minimum 1 year professional experience in instructional design, K12 or higher education, corporate training, or related field 
  • Degree or other credential in education, instructional design, training, elearning or related field 
  • Knowledge of specific tools is not required, but we expect you to have experience with these categories of tools: LMS (e.g. Canvas, Matrix, Litmos), eLearning and authoring (e.g. Articulate products), Project Management (e.g. Asana), Collaboration (e.g. Google Drive), Communication (e.g. Slack), Video Conferencing (e.g. Zoom), Visual collaboration (e.g. MURAL)



Currently this is a part-time remote contract position: 10 hours/week. While you can be anywhere in the world, currently our primary customer bases are in the United States and Australia, and our curriculum team is based on the East Coast of the USA.

  • Facilitate and co-facilitate synchronous virtual discussions and workshops for our customers using Workplaceless frameworks 
  • Provide asynchronous feedback on written assessments 
  • Provide synchronous and synchronous support to learners
  • Contribute to materials that support learner success, including manuals and support documentation
