Getting Started

When your account was created, the LMS sent you an automated notification with your username (your email address) and a link to reset your password. This email comes from [email protected] If you cannot find this email, make sure to check your SPAM or promotions folder. 

Go to https://www.workplaceless.com/dashboard 

Enter your email as your username, then enter your password. 

If you are having issues logging in at the URL above, log in at https://www.workplaceless.com/wp-login.php 

If you cannot find or cannot remember your  password, click the forgot password link on the login screen and a new one will be sent to your email. 

You can access all the courses you are enrolled in directly from your dashboard. 

Course Content and Assignments

It is recommended that learners start with the introduction module and work through each module in sequential order. 

A course facilitator will grade each assignment and provide written feedback within 3 business days of the assignment submission date.

To submit an assignment, first download the instructions document from the assignment page.

Complete your work on the document, save your work, and upload the edited document as a Word or PDF file. 

The Learning Management System will automatically track your progress. Complete all activities within each module to complete it. 

If your progress was not saved, please get in touch with [email protected] , sharing a screenshot of the module and the issue in question. 

Bookmark data can be deleted when major updates are made to content. If the system has lost your place in the content, navigate to the last section you recall taking and continue as usual. Contact [email protected] if you need to have a module manually changed to be marked complete. 

When going through course content, you’re in “Focus Mode.” This mode is designed to minimize distractions. 

The menu in this mode is located in the top right corner of the screen. 

Course Completion and Certificates

When you receive a notification that you have been deactivated, it means that your course license has expired. All Workplaceless course licenses are for one year, or 365 days. 

Certificates are emailed through Accredible when you have successfully completed the course—check your SPAM folder if you do not see the notification in your inbox. 

You can also log into Accredible by going to https://www.credential.net/welcome and logging in with the same email you use to access Workplaceless courses. 

If you have successfully completed a course and still do not see your credential in Accredible, contact us at [email protected] 

All Workplaceless course licenses are for one year, or 365 days. 

In order for a course to register as completed, the following criteria must be met:

    • All lessons within each module have a blue circle with a white check mark
    • All quizzes in each module are completed with a score of 80% or higher
    • All modules are marked complete
    • All assignments are marked complete
